  Ghanaian leaders must realise that the present IMF regime has a debt collector mentality and not that of nation building. Take the country away from them. Institute a 10 per cent annual tax on the rental value of all buildings. With rigorous enforcement by District Assemblies and drones we can generate enough money to restart our nation building efforts. Talk to PM Rowley of T and T. It is decrepit nonsense to tax pensioners.
