As ECG disconnected the ladies power because of that abnormal billing, did they generate their reading from Pluto or the app.

Your comment proves you've not used the app. I used it even yesterday- bought prepaid in less than 30 seconds. I used it first on my postpaid meter, and it never failed once! Very efficient app.

Ei... Where is this one from? Hubtel's CEO and Founder is Alex Bram, an Augusco 1999 and KNUST boy. This is a company which has worked well in Ghana despite who is in power.

ECG should be given to a private entity to manage.
