Why can't the Government use there own money? After all it is an investment. Sell the houses to people and use the fund to complete them instead of letting them rot.

This government must complete the project with government funding . This government intends to give the project to their cronies who will eventually own this project and profit from it. Is it not a shame that this useless government sank over 100 million dollars into a pit that is supposed to be the national cathedral but they do have money to complete this project?
The seglemi housing project is government project that will be affordable to the average Ghanaian workers and the people of Ghana should oppose the privatization of this project with will only enrich the cronies of this despicable government.

THE $58M you wasted in digging a hole in the center of Accra for Akufo Addo church buliding, and the $12M dollars your NPP embezzled in the name of Agyapa deal alone could give you $70M (70% of the funds needed) you could have used the $70 million to complete > 50 % of the units. The start selling or rent them out and use the funds to complete the remaining 30 % of the units!

UNFORTUNATELY THE CURRENT SHAMEFUL SITUATION THAT GHANA IS IN IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU HAVE INCOMPETENT AND CORRUPT NPP STOOGES IN GOVERNMENT!
