Stupid and hopeless country ruled by hopeless president and hopeless society
This is simply a true description of who the Ghanaian is.
Dont blame the faulty traffic light. The
drivers are just indiscipline.
In this case, I bet only one driver is to blame. Definately one foolish driver who felt entitled, disregarded the caution to be observed at that junction, and took his bad luck unto the other innocent driver.
