    Stop talking nonsense. Where is the evidence that Kumasi drivers are the most reckless in Ghana? Motor accidents happen everywhere all the time. It is unfortunate. but don't put the blame on any particular group of people.

    Ghana government is weak. Why can't Ghana create driving limits in this country?. In America New York driving is 70 and in Chicago 55 on empty highway you can not go beyond this limits.

    The main problem is the check and servicing of motor vehicles, and not necessarily driving beyond limits. If that vehicle driver had checked and serviced his brakes as required, that accident wouldn't have occurred.
