What business has an aircraft to do at the Kumasi Airport, if the facility is not certified to operate.
And my biggest disappointment is, why even name the airport and involve a huge late Ashanti king, knowing gaddamned well you don't have the money and resources to complete it. They need to apologize to Otumfuo and his people for scamming them.
