The magistrate is right to convict Francis Duko. What about the galamseyers destroying our rivers with poisons, killing all our fishes in our rivers? Francis Duku poor person who has no money to pay a bribe to police and judge has to go to prison while rich galamseyers has all the money to bribe a police and judges are free and keep on of the destructions. The poor man was convicted because of his ignorance. He should not have pleased guilty. There was no evidence, according to this story, to prove that he sold, or intended selling the expired products. In law, the mere disp ...

The poor man was convicted because of his ignorance. He should not have pleased guilty. There was no evidence, according to this story, to prove that he sold, or intended selling the expired products. In law, the mere display of goods in the market does not mean the person displaying them is making an offer.
