Her background in taxation is scanty can she head GRA or it is irrelevant?

What is the retirement age. Why are people past retirement being given top posts. Expired products are being put back on the shelf of top positions.
Madam Julie Essiam is a very good person. She is very diligent and will bring GRA to world standard. Sack Edward Gyambrah and shake the corrupt unit heads as well.
It is claimed she is aged 61, which puts her above the compulsory retirement age.
Julie appears to be over qualified for the job and trust she will deliver beyond expectations.
