I agree he should sign but should be signed at the appropriate time. If you ask me the appropriate time is a week before he leaves office and if there are any punitive repercussions the incoming president will deal with it.

Homosexuals and witches were once killed around the world but it never eradicate them. Just as Christ said the poor will always be with us, so also are Homosexuals. Homosexuals are not our problem in the country. The biggest problem impeading progress in the country is corruption, yet we find it easier to point at homosexuals. The is no institution in the country that is not currupt including the religions in the country. We see ourselves as very religious country with family values and traditions. We just lying to ourselves. How are we religious Christian country and be counted among the most currupt countries in the world. The church are greedy and can never have enough and the people are just the living what the church practice. Most of us attended religious schools in the country- Presbyterian, Methodist, Anglican and Catholic schools yet we are all currupt because they failed teach us that love and honesty is the most important values in life. It easier to say you are Christians- show it . We can never change our ways because we are full of it, thinking we are better.
