How can a JHS graduate who works at COCOBOD get more pay and benefits in his first year than a 25 acre cocoa farmer who has farmed for 10 years? Today, I can't buy fertiliser, weedicides and pesticides for my farm due to stupid policies from cocobod. I am a graduate who started developing cocoa farms after university but I have turned all most of my farms into oil palm because it is better than growing cocoa to feed the useless cocobod officials.
