This clearly shows the state has no case against the two gentlemen.
Raph Kofi, no case from day one and this partisan judges including the discredited Justice Honyenugah kept this case going by destroying exonerating evidence in his chambers alone without recourse to the parties
Exactly no case against them and Inshallah when this case is won, people like Addison and his cabaal at the BOG will be sued for unlawfully revoking the license of Agongo's bank. The coming years will be interesting in Ghana
I am not surprised the state prosecutor is running from it's own charge sheet.
Gradually Dr. Opuni and Mr. Agongo are being vindicated.
Sam Elorm, they did run from their own charges or case after they met credible defense witnesses and indisputable state material evidence in favor of Dr Opuni and Agongo.
