NDC will always create a story, create a problem and blame it on someone, and go ahead and create a debate to suit they agenda. That's Soviet, Cuban and general Eastern European propaganda training. EC officials have stated categorically, that no BVD is missing. NDC will always find a way to call someone a thief, even when they can't collate their ballots. Shame on you!!
