    51billion dolars minus Mahama legacy debt of 28billion dollars beginning 2017 = 23billion dollars only in Akuffu Addo led government in 7years.

    Every country on earth google the debt to gdp of any country and it should be readily accessible however I’m most developing countries the debt announced os usually half of the real amount owed
