    In fact a truly Christian marriage, you do not need a church or gazetted minister to make it binding. You base your marriage on the scripture, fulfill all customary duties, and get married.

    Who gazetted the marriage between Abraham and Sarah ? You don’t need to be gazetted. You may marry then proceed to the registry if you wish.

    Yeah, there’s a special license provision to allow you to marry wherever you want provided the officiating minister is gazetted.
