He doesn't know what it means. Remember he does not have a certificate. See how he has been inconsistent with assenting bills. E-Levy as they say he did not see why a legal challenge should stop him but all of a sudden he is saying they is a court case so let's wait. Based on what precedent.? Based on what law? A clever idea but I don't expect the Minister to answer the questions for national security reasons. It is the Defendant's responsibility to provide evidence that the plaintiff tried to bribe him. The work of the national security is to find ways to protect the country and they cannot discuss in public how they go about their duties.

Isn't this a defamation lawsuit against you and there is a perpetual injunction and gag order on it? Why are you discussing this in public in the first place knowing it will be thrown out of court? You know and your lawyers have probably told you that you're gonna lose the case so you wanna make the public to decide and obviously blame NPP and the Courts of bias.
