Have you this fake guru economist ever considered that many of the businesses that owe back taxes could intentionally be doing so to cheat the government? What of if some of these businesses that owe back taxes actually are making substantial profits but refusing to pay their taxes? Would it not make better economic sense to forgive interest owed on those taxes instead of just granting a blanket amnesty? Or better yet, how about forgiving a portion of the taxes based on the income generated by each business in the last two years?
