Are we sane as a nation? We are still colonized but we hide behind duping the state to celebrate our so-called independence days. The rich countries manipulate us by giving us some unnecessary to think about so that we stop thinking about something positive to get us out of our woes and free ourselves from their bondage. First, brought borderlines. Then they brought religion and it has worked well for them. We continue to turn our factories into churches whilst they form unions like EU and turn their churches into drinking bars. Religion has divided Africa and African nations than anything else. Today Africans see themselves first as Ghanaians or Nigerians; then as a Christian or a Moslem. Even among Christians as a Catholic or a Baptist. In Ghana we are building churches everywhere and even the state is building a church! Traveling along our high, one finds numerous billboards or signboards directing you to one church or another. Even in villages without schools, one can count as many as 5 churches. In Ghana, not even the statistical service can tell the number of church denominations there are in Ghana.
The best Ghana can do about this LGBT nonsense is not to talk about it at all. Why should the nation worry about what 2 adults do behind closed doors? America should say what they said to Ghana about this LGBT to the Arab countries. Whilst we wasting our time discussing this nonsense, these rich countries loot our natural resources on our blind side. Let's think.
