Akufo Addo and Bawumia's govt have money to buy tablets for shs 3rd year students but can't get money for teacher's laptops four years after deducting the teachers money for these laptops.
Basic schools are without textbooks four years after changing the curriculum but for the purposes of votes, they have gotten money for tablets for SHS students.
What a wasteful govt.
