Free SHS is not optional its a must for all. If 24Hour business is not a policy for all business but whosoever will how can tha be a National policy. If my business is booming and i can't meet the demand and decide to increase production by employing extra workers to work in the night to meet markets demand to earn enough money to break even and pay the needed extra night workers do i need Manama to advice me or roll me on his program.

It will be good to start a policy selling intervention when it is clear NDC is coming to power. Too early now to unfold the whole policy to the benefit of opponents. It is a workable economic development policy with the desired requirements and incentives.
