What a big shame to the LOC and Minister for Youth and Sports. Talk about the best All African games ever organized. SMH
Eiiii Ghana for u, when will we learn to make things better.
The national hockey pitch is old and without the requisite maintainance, should not have been used for this competition. A new one should have been built.
What we actually need is a new crop of politicians to run affairs like serious human beings.
And who's building that new pitch? Have you ever seen any TV station broadcasting field hockey in their sports news?

Metcheeew, I m south African but truth be told, our hockey team is too knowing and unprofessional. Good hockey teams can play on any pitch, this claim by the south Africans quite stupid

It is a big shame, that for ones we can't get it right. We are always doing substandard things, mediocrity has eaten deep into our Ghanaian society. Look at the shame we have brought unto us asca country.
Some of their townships are worse than landfill without a field so they should shut up.
