Just as the president can only serve two terms, they should enact a similar law for the MPs too. Some of them want to make it a lifelong career to stay in parliament indefinitely, preventing others from serving their communities - people like Kennedy Agyapong and Bagbin should be kicked out of there. Additionally, it should be made a voluntary work with some sort of allowance and not a salary paying job. We are not a rich country to be giving these guys a free ride wherever they want to go!
