@COD ... The problem with Africa is the mindset of the people. All Africans think that we have to depend on the government for everything. Government has to provide jobs, build roads, schools, hospitals and other infrastructures to enhance our lives. But, unfortunately, they don't want to pay taxes. So, African leaders are always struggling with money. Moreover, because of corruption, African leaders are not interested in raising money internally because they cannot steal much of the money raised locally. Therefore, they are always seeking to borrow to undertake projects. As a bank manager, he's supposed to know better but he doesn't have a clue as to the real problem. Until Africans are able to raise money internally, our leaders will always go begging for money from the western world in exchange of our natural resources. TAXATION IS THE KEY TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF EVERY NATION. IN AMERICA, THE REAL VALUE OF A DOLLAR IS 38 CENTS OR 38% ... THAT'S THE AMOUNT A PERSON REALLY OWNS OUT OF EVERY DOLLAR EARNED. THE REST GOES TO TAXES. THIS IS HOW THEY'RE ABLE TO DEVELOP THEIR NATION AND TAKE CARE OF THE POOR. UNTIL WE CHANGE OUR MINDSET ABOUT TAXATION, WE'RE GOING NOWHERE AND OUR CHILDREN WILL RISE UP ONE DAY AND CURSE US FOR BEING WICKED TOWARDS THEM.

These people sometimes talk as if they are unware of the geopolitical realities. Gaddaffi and Saddam were killed over their resources. Venezuela is suffering because of her resources. We are not dealing with reasonable forces here. If they cannot get the resources, they will prop up some sellout to ensure they have it. Until we unite and speak with one voice, you can forget such idealism.

VFCP divinely declares the way forward:
1. African natural resources must be extracted by African industries for foreign nations to come to Africa and buy the finished products. All African natural resources must be processed by African nations. It means all African technical universities must be equipped to be able to invent machines capable of mining African natural resources without depending on foreign loans. VFCP divinely asks the African Americans in Africa to get involved in inventing machines for Africa's development.
2. The implementation of the African Dream of the United States of Africa should be faster. VFCP divinely asks African Leaders to be willing to pave the way for the United States of Africa.
3. Single currency
4. Single passport
5. Visa-free for Africans across the African continent.

Africa is what it is due to the mindset, and stinking attitude of her citizens especially black Africans. We are just a curse to ourselves.
The only thing the black African cares is about being educated and stealing with the PEN.

Character they say is like pregnancy it chrystalizes with time and this irresponisble behavior on the part of the Africa leader is not new at all it's only a repetition of their wayward attitude towards their family
