    why enter the competition without the right equipment? Will the BS or sny football team enter a competition with canvas shoes? The federation perhaps entered to chop something

    They spent 242 million dollars on this Event and to think the athletes did not get the equipment they need to train with is an indication of where the 242 million USD went to -- into private pockets

    No equipment. Not even a bicycle tube! Ghana could have cyclists on the global stage, like Burkina Faso, and global sponsorship too. But it needs at least a serious leadership to arrive.
