No..other federations may have voluntarily approached you with a list but you should have been proactive and reached out to them, first. Gh leaders always shifting blame

Normally, sportsmen make every conceivable effort to enter competitions outside Ghana. That these cyclists put in so much time, when competition is in Ghana, shows dedication.
