Under Cecilia Dapaah $46 million was spent on the dredging of the Odaw drain, yet there's nothing to show. The situation has even worsened more than the pre-$46 million era. And you are sitting there entertaining another fleece by this corrupt Akufo-Addo-Bawuliar NPP government for what? So you can have monies in the kitty for payment of your ex-gratia?
