This president is a joke, in all the things he mentioned in his address he failed to mentioned anything connected to increasing our energy stock as bauxite refinery is an energy intensive activity and as we speak our excess energy capacity is under serious strain due largely to the liggering and the huge financial($1.2bn) obligations govt owes the independent power producers, ipp"s for some time now.. Hence the currently intermittent and erratic power outages( dumsor) Ghanaians are partly undergoing..
Meanwhile your party earlier on in 2017, were all over place shouting and making mischief of Mahama having produced excess power, and too much power, too much excess capacity..
