It's only in Ghana where people will think someone playing in our dead local league is better than a consistent player in the best league in the world. Instead of looking for the right coach to instill discipline in the players, haters will call for the heads of our best players. Everyone is selfish by nature. It takes coaching to steer you in the right direction. Jordan is NOT 'selfish' in Crystal Palace so why Ghana?

When those local players you mentioned were in the Black Stars, our local league was in good shape. Consistently doing well in Africa. Is that the case now?
