  Why waste resources and time probing the Ministry of Education when you could have used your parliamentary power to to challenge this spending when it was about to be carried out? Can't sit on your tails in Parliament and think carrying out one probe after another is the way to go in placing a check on the Executive branch. It's time Parliament became more proactive than being a reactionary body.
