For example in certain communities in this country, children (girls) are betrothed to marriages at very tender ages. That is the classic definition of pedophilia, something society seems to vigorously address. So the issue in every relationship whether homosexual or heterosexual is CONSENT. Remove consent from the equation and everything becomes "illegal" and punishable. They caused the same problem to let Ofori Atta to stay at post until the time he felt to go away when they called on him to resign for mismanaging the economy. They have to encourage the president to sign the Bill and afterwards it could be amended when there are some loopholes in it. It is the same like any other Bills which have been amended when they are operational. Hypocrites!
