Aside from that, there were no ministers of foreign affairs noted here, but annals of the history of the Gold Coast suggest that there were other ministers like Joe Appiah and Dr. Alex Quayson Sackey among many others who acted as foreign emissaries but were part and parcel of the Nkrumah’s government. If we were factor in all these secretaries and ministers the number would be very high!
