    What at all in the name of God is causing these painful judgement debts. Is it due to incompetence or deliberate creat loot and share? But I suspect the latter. No further comments.

    Judgement debt is a create, loot and share game. It invariably involves, the claimant, the judiciary and the office of the AG, together with other officials from the offices of the finance ministry and Accountant General.
