I am tired and sick of chiefs being destooled everyday for incompetence and what have you. My only explanation is that these people are not equipped to rule or govern or manage the affairs of an area.

I am tired and sick of chiefs being destooled everyday for incompetence and what have you. My only explanation is that these people are not equipped to rule or govern or manage the affairs of an area.
Solution: Why do we have an Institutes within the Universities to tackle this handicap through crash course in Leadership and public management designed purposefully for Kings and Chiefs. This will go a long way to help Ghana.
