1.No vice President in Ghana is elected Ghanaians Ghanaians elect the President and the President nominate a person as his vice as is being done in Ghana now his name or any vice President name is not on any ballot paper in Ghana REF Article 58 he an exercise he can delegate but all action taken by ministers Budget is read in the name of the President
So it is never true anywhere by anybody to blame anyone apart from The President that is why he says the buck stops with him Article 58(1) of Ghana constitution when the President come to office the Vice President partckicks in the same Constituition though prescribe some role like Head of Police Council Prison
Go to Article 60(1) There shall be a Vice - President of Ghana who shall perform such functions as may be assigned to him by this Constitution or by the President.
And read Article 58(3) Subject to the provisions of this Constitution, the functions conferred on the President by clause(1) of this article may be exercised by him either directly or through officers subordinate to him.
Some parts of the constitution it reads President on the advise of,in consultation with..All because of Article 58(1)
Let us question people they make statement let us ask them to show us their source they are not better than us unless we accept it to be no Vice President has Wxecutive authority in Ghana unless its given to him by this constituion and the President who is elected by the people.

The ultimate decision comes from the President period. The economic team can make recommendations, the Vice President can also make recommendations, but the President can decide not to accept or implement them. And so as the President said, he is the ultimate decider of decisions and not the Vice President. Here in America, l haven't heard any body either Democrat or Republican blaming the Vice President for anything. Whatever goes wrong is put squarely on the door steps of the President. We are praying for Dr Bawumia to win the Presidency come 2025 for him to take Ghana into the Industrialization and Digitalization world.
