Renaming Tamale Airport to Yakubu Tali is not a good idea. This is because, the late Yakubu Tali came from a faction of the political and chieftaincy divide and that would never foster unit or consensus in the region.

The President should maintain the name as it is, else, he would spoil the very chieftaincy problem that he helped to solve. The "Tamale" would represent everyone from the community.
