We failed to consider the negative side being serious. And the poor maning of schools as assigned by ges disregarding the national teaching council's core mandate. Importation of substandard tables and chairs and others which do not last. Go to schools to witness yourself. But i pray that teacher unions uphold the existing assessment style and ntc core mandate.
