Dr. Joyce Aryee is grown up woman, therefore she can make decisions for herself , unlike Mahama who cannot make decisions per his statement in his memoir, My first coup d'etat. He always have to rely on other people to think for him and a typical example is the 24 hr economy which was introduced to him by Prof.Amakye Boateng of KNUST.
