Has any government resources gone into the project? To whom is this project accountable to? Will auditor general be able to audit it? Will Parliament be able to audit it? Why didn't the government disclose that the project belongs to three private companies and made it look like the project is a partnership between gprtu and government?
The fact that some people see nothing wrong with deception by government when public resources are being used is very pitiful. With this kind of low brains and willingness to support cronyism, nepotism and favouritism Africa will always be dustbin for other people where people with brains who can see wrong things will keep dumping their mess
