I remember this hotel in the 70's. My family used to go there. It was a beautiful place. I think it had a line drawn on the floor that marked the Greenwich Meridian.

Decent rest stops and beautiful beaches and attract local tourism before foreign.
Look at the labadi beach .the building standing like a ghost because the contractor did not build it well and its about to fall anytime .
Look at the filth beside la beach hotel.
Look at trade fair centre and what is in it and around it.
The list goes on and on in most regions.
Which president will re align ghana on beautiful clean surroundings nice hotels and game and wildlife parks decently poised to welcome us should we want to tour with our families.

Then Ghanaians go on to elect a President to implement our Development Plan. We don't do that. We give that responsibility to Presidential Candidates to deceive us with their Manifestos. So the elected President does what is in his Manifesto. He is not obliged to do WHAT Ghanaians want, and he is right. If Ghanaians have a Long-term National Economic Development Plan then every President we elect ( whether from NPP or NDC) shall do exactly what Ghanaians need and want. After all Presidents of Ghana are employees of Ghanaians.
