    We need to be careful with these Chinese. That is more reasons why we need our own TOR to be operational to avoid being short- changed.

    It is not rue. They are working and selling fuel.
    The owner is a very powerful guy. Has plenty money to splash on politicians. He built refinery without approval. Only in Ghana
