  By agreeing to pay restitution in the amount of US$2.1m does mean that this scam lady will actually have the funds to meet that pledge. Much of that money is hidden away or spent, and the US government will be lucky if it is able to pry $200,000.00 out of this scam lady. She will do her time and return to Ghana where she'll continue to live the good life, far from the reach of her victims. She apparently thinks it's all a game, but that will all change once she starts to wear those USA government prison designer designer outfits also known as Jailbird Fashionista.
