ECG will need to cut power of parliament over GH¢23 million debt. They should be able to use some of their overtime and sitting allowance, double salary and bribes they take to reduce the amount they owe to ECG.

That will be the end of ECG, they are going to breed ECG to death as it will cost billions of waste money as workers will have to be paid 1 and a half times of normal pay after 5 pm and twice the normal pay after midnight. Working on Saturdays and Sundays going to cost 2 and a half times the normal pay. Where is he going to get the money to do all this? The 24-hour economy is already in Ghana and its employees decide, not the Government to run 24-hour.
