So the Minister has yet to visit the various projects in the region to access the challenges facing these projects, and he can openly declare that all stalled projects will be completed. Without knowing what the costs will be to complete these projects, and without knowing if the funding even exists, he conveniently spits out more promises that he knows will only end up in the NPP Broken Promises Bin. No wonder he was recently seeking the blessing of a Chief to carry out his duties as Finance Minister.
