In order that we can attract the highest calibre of public officials, we need to develop and refine the structures within which we require them to operate.

Perhaps David should have been minister instead. Then he would have been answerable only to the President. Something for the next government to consider.

Why has the option of going public with TOR not been on the table, le the Board prepare the company to be listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange, I believe Ghanaians would be interested in investing in it should they find the company profitable. We are able to set various ground rules not to allow a few people hijack the company in this direction. Let Ghanaians own Ghanaian profitable state owned companies , it is by this the wealth of the nation would stay within the boarders of our country.
