Man, forget it. This is not for fixing any potholes, it is a conduit for sending money to the constituencies for the campaign. How do you measure pothole filling to assess the money spent on it, is it by kilometres, by number of holes, by size or what? Again it will be all over the country, so how can anybody audit the job done and ascertain if it was value for money. They did similar thing during the run up to the 2020 elections.
