This is nonsense
No amount of patching can fix these roads because theses roads are very bad . Maybe they should build a better road that can last 20years including maintenance.

It is stupidity because some of the roads are relatively new while roads constructed during the Rawlings era are still intact. Isn't that stupidity?

150m ghana cedis is less than what the Mafia spends on weekend parties. 90% of that money has already been pocketed. 10% will be spent on filling the Potholes with sand. Another smart racketeering by the Mafia.
