Thiis judgement is too lenient
Wow! , so someone can kill his brother or someone and go to prison for just 5yrs and some one too steals chicken or smoked weed and go for 5yrs too! .. Ghana is a junk country!!!

Nonsense. Maybe he intended to inflict pain, not murder. Shit happens in a crime of passion. Besides, a screw driver is not exactly a weapon of choice for intentional murder. His lawyer also NEGOTIATED a good deal for him.

Last year a man was sentenced to 12 years hard labour for stealing plantain from a farm. A murderer only gets 5 years! We need to revisit the sentencing guidelines this makes no sense
