Useless Doctor and useless talk. Members of the health profession are leaving in droves because they're woefully underpaid, and often have to work with resources that do not help them much in carrying out their duties. Many too are over-worked due to shortage of staff. There's also the issue of adequate housing for members of the healthcare profession. Find a way to have members of healthcare profession obtain low interest loans for housing, and address also take concrete steps to address the issue of pay. Until any government addresses the issues of pay, staffing, housing, and resources for hospitals, one can expect to see a continued exodus of healthcare workers. You can't plug a brain drain with silly talk and no meaningful solution.
