All you know is talk, talk, talk, talk, but talk is cheap. Please gather all the Mechanical and Civil Engineers in Tamale and come up with a workable proposal, then put it on corridors of power to get it implemented. otherwise resign.

  Is this new? I lived in Tamale from 1968 went to primary, middle, secondary schools all in Tamale. Hamattan season has always brought water shortages.
