He predicted certain things, some of which did not come to pass because of circumstances beyond his control. Does that make him a liar? Next time, he will add "all things being equal" to his forecasts because he is dealing with gullible and narrow-minded NDC followers like you. Your leaders are taking advantage of your empty-headedness to suffocate you with half truths and complete nonsense because they know that you are not decerning and critical enough
