We will not only forget but will not forgive them. Jeremiah John Rawlings sounded the death knell for any Anlo Ewe, especially the Dzelokokpe Mafia Maniacs to ever become the President or the Vice President in any Democratically elected elections in Ghana. Some of us were grown up already and know how people from other tribes were tortured, inhumanely treated as if they were sub humans. How many Akans were put to trial at Rawlings’ Kangaroo courts, found guilty and sentenced to death by Firing Squad at the Teshie shooting range? How many women, including married ones were stripped naked in public and canned at the butt and genetalis? How many people, including married women were shaved with broken bottles? Those were not only wicked but also evil. Yes, that was the time Ghanaians lived in fear and in a Culture of Silence. Many Ghanaians will never forgive Anlo Ewes for such crimes even though not all of them were involved in such wicked and evil acts. It is sad but l have a friend whose father has sworn never to allow any of his children marry any Anlo Ewes.
Rawlings and his cohorts have brought untold hatred on all Anlo Ewes in Ghana. No Anlo Ewes will hold any big position in Ghana for the foreseeable future. Blame Jeremiah John Rawlings and Boakye Gyan for that. The highest political position an Anlo Ewe can now hold is Volta Regional Minister. Don’t blame anybody for that but the monster called Jeremiah John Rawlings. He was just murderous and also a corrupt thief. It was good he died by Covid. Yes, and Boakye Gyan is also gone.

Just as JB Danquah's false and overblown stature could not even defeat Kofi Asante Ofori Attah for parliarment, so will the most over-hyped economic whiz lose ignominously to JDM. Incidentally JB Danquah has been resurrectd recently. That is a horrible omen for the NPP and Bawumia, the muumu.
